During the difficult times our countries are facing during the COVID-19 crisis, INNO-CON is continuing to provide support to our clients. We are staying up to date with our partners and are engaging with industry and representatives from the German and Bulgarian Federal Economic Ministries and Federal Foreign offices, as well as working with the Eastern European Association and the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry to adapt to the dynamic situation.
Many countries in Southeast Europe have now taken measures which affect the cross-border transport of goods and the entry and exit of foreign citizens. We are working together with our local and international partners to support their industries adaptation to the evolving requirements through the introduction of new safety measures, the procurement of health and safety equipment, and through continued support in the shipment of hazardous wastes.
To our partners, please stay safe be alert to short-term changes as well as potential long-term changes to industry. While this is a challenging situation, there are also potential opportunities for improving our local supply chains and improving the relationship and interconnectedness between Central and eastern Europe.
