With INNO-CON's membership in the United Nations Global Compact Initiative in December last year, the company has reached another milestone on the path to responsible corporate governance. For over 30 years, we have been deeply involved in sustainability in our business operations, developing tailored solutions for our clients – this step fills us with pride and joy.

By joining, INNO-CON GmbH aligns itself with thousands of other companies in Germany, Europe, and around the world that are committed to taking responsible business actions to create the world we all desire.

The UN Global Compact calls on companies everywhere to align their business operations and strategies with ten universally recognized principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, and to take actions that support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Launched in 2000, the UN Global Compact is the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, with over 20,000 companies in more than 160 countries and over 60 Global Compact networks.

Corporate sustainability begins with a company’s value system and a principle-based approach to business conduct. This means that companies should act in ways that at least fulfill their basic commitments in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption.

INNO-CON integrates the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact into business strategies, policies, and procedures, aiming to establish a culture of integrity in order to fulfill not only its inherent basic obligations as global citizens towards people and the environment, but also to lay the foundation for long-term success.

The Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact

The Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact are derived from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, and the United Nations Convention against Corruption.

Die INNO-CON GmbH bekennt sich zu den Zehn Prinzipien des Global Compact der Vereinten Nationen.
